These terms govern access to and use of Ricky and the services offered to members. By registering, depositing, or placing a wager, the account holder accepts every provision set out below. Duplicate Accounts and Bonus Abuse

Where Ricky identifies duplicate or linked accounts, it may close the additional accounts and void any winnings derived from a bonus claimed across them. Genuine deposits made with the account holder's own funds will be returned where no other breach has occurred.

Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, coordinated play between linked accounts, low-risk or hedged betting designed to clear wagering with minimal exposure, and exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus balance is active. The maximum bet permitted with an active bonus is $5. Stakes placed above that limit may cause the related bonus and any winnings tied to it to be forfeited. Ricky reserves the right to withhold a bonus where it reasonably concludes the offer has been exploited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification, known as KYC, is mandatory and must be completed before a first payout is processed. Members will be asked to provide a government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and, where relevant, evidence of ownership of the payment method used.

A member may close an account at any time by contacting support. Ricky may also suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. On closure, any verified balance not tied to an open bonus or investigation will be returned to a payment method belonging to the account holder.

Disputes and Support

Questions, complaints, and disputes must first be raised with the support team through the channels listed on the site. Ricky will review each matter in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Members are asked to provide relevant details, such as transaction references and dates, so a review can proceed without delay.

Records held by Ricky, including transaction logs and game outcomes, will be used to resolve a disagreement. Where a matter cannot be settled directly, it will be handled in accordance with the conditions of the Curacao license under which Ricky operates.
